What about dissimilar or unbranded products?

With most companies, products must be identical. With National Supply, dissimilar or unbranded items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. It will be at our discretion to sell the item below the advertised price, at a reduced price, or not offer any discount at all.

I found this item on E-Bay, does that qualify?

Merchandise offered for sale on auction sites such as Ebay, Amazon, Craig's List, etc. will be excluded. Only licensed legitimate retailers qualify.

The item was advertised in my local paper, does that qualify?

Send us a copy of the ad. We will evaluate the product and either sell the item below the advertised price, at a reduced price, or not offer any discount at all.

The company I received the price quote from doesn't publish prices, now what?

If you have an email, fax, or quote, forward it to us. If you have nothing but a verbal quote, that's okay too — just let us know who authorized it. Items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of National Supply.

Factory Direct Prices — Is that really true?

Factory direct or "direct to you" companies are often a scam. Ask them what brand they're selling and where it ships from. Do they have a phone number? What if there's a problem? National Supply does not offer leader pricing or deceptive pricing. 50 years in business proves rarely do we hear of any company selling products cheaper than us.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

Simply contact National Supply within 30 days from date of shipment for return instructions.

Return Policy

You may return any defective products within 90 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund. Simply contact National Supply for return authorization.

Products returned through no fault of National Supply will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in "new" condition and in original packaging.

Warranty Information

National Supply warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a minimum period of 30 days from date of shipment.

In addition, National Supply will make available to you all transferable warranties made to us by the manufacturers of the goods.

Note: The longer a warranty is, the more rights you may be losing. Always read the warranty before you buy. If the warranty isn't clearly posted in print, it probably doesn't exist.
