Who We Are
National Supply Company officially opened its doors in 1984. Before that, many of you knew us from Midwest Wire and Cable Co., a business started in the 1940s and moved to Green Bay, WI in 1959.

Shipping Information
When will my products arrive?
Most orders received by 1:00 PM Central Time are shipped same day. If the product is back-ordered, you will be notified.
Is overnight shipping available?
Yes! We ship UPS expedited services: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, & 3 Day Select. USPS expedited also available.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
UPS, USPS, Spee-Dee Delivery, or truck freight — whichever is more practical for you.
Can I get Saturday delivery?
Weekends are not normal delivery days. Saturday delivery is only available with Next Day Air Saturday delivery option.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping costs are determined by order total weight. Some items have surcharges based on size/weight.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally via UPS and USPS. International rates are higher than domestic rates.
Carnival & Festival Locations?
Yes! We frequently ship to carnivals. Address packages to someone present at delivery. Carnival offices are recommended.
Damaged Shipments?
Note damages on delivery receipt and request carrier inspection. UPS insures most packages up to $100. We'll help with claims.
Warranty Policy
National Supply warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a minimum period of 30 days from date of shipment.
In addition, National Supply will make available to you all transferable warranties made to us by the manufacturers of the goods.
National Supply is committed to ensuring you, the customer, the finest quality products we can find. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we hope you allow us the opportunity to try to resolve the situation.
Return Policy
You may return any defective products within 90 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund. Before returning, please contact us for return authorization.
Products returned through no fault of National Supply will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in "new" condition and in original packaging. These returns must be shipped with shipping charges pre-paid. National Supply will not refund the cost of shipping.
Privacy & Security
National Supply is committed to the privacy of our customers. We will never distribute, rent, or sell our customers' email addresses or other personal information to another company or organization. This also includes any routing information.
